Description

This Two Wire 4-20mA Current Loop Transmitter Board is a Digital to Analog board. It has an on Board 12 bit DAC. This 4-20mA Current Loop Transmitter Board usages an XTR115 4-20mA Current Loop Transmitter. This 4-20mA Current Loop Transmitter usages a Digital to Analog Converter MCP4725. This MCP4725 is a 12 bit DAC. MCP4725 has one address bit, so 2 devices can be connected at the same time on one bus. Its also possible to connect more than 2 devices on one bus using the I2C multiplexer.  The On board XTR1115 4-20mA Current Loop Transmitter has a wide Loop supply range from 7.5V to 36V.

This 4-20mA current loop transmitter has on-board screw terminals which make it easy to connect. It also has a Vref exposed pad. Vref for the XTR115 is 2.5V.

This 2 Wire 4-20mA current loop signal generator board is ideal for industrial sensor monitoring and control. This 4-20mA transmitter can be used with CE 2-Wire 4-20mA receiver board to form a complete 4-20mA current loop.

All I²C Mini Modules are designed to operate at 5VDC. Using a convenient quick connect 4-Pin plug, devices can be daisy-chained onto the I²C Bus, eliminating the need for soldering. Simply plug together the devices you need for your next automation application.

Pull-up resistors are included with all ControlEverything.com master devices. If you are wiring in your own I²C port, on-board 4.7K jumper-selectable pull-up resistors are available for convenience purposes.

All mini modules are 50.8 x 31.75 mm.
