Product returns and exchanges
All product sold through www.controleverything.com, unless otherwise noted, comes with a 30-day return policy. The 30 day period begins the day the item is received by the customer from the shipping company. Product may not be returned for refund or exchange if it is damaged or altered (including soldering) in any way. It is the responsibility of the customer to deliver the product to ControlEverything.com for refund or exchange, this includes shipping charges. We do NOT offer returns on orders that contain 5 or more pieces of any single product.
All product sold through ControlEverything.com, unless otherwise noted, come with a 90-day warranty. The 90 day warranty period begins the day the item is received by the customer from the shipping company. This warranty does not cover replacement of physically damaged or altered (including soldering) product although ControlEverything.com may, at our discretion, attempt to repair physically damaged components if possible. This warranty may exclude non-ControlEverything.com manufactured product such as communication interface modules. Customers are responsible for delivering product to ControlEverything.com for repair, this includes shipping charges. ControlEverything.com will pay for the return of warranty repaired items back to the customer via ground shipping within the continental US. Customers outside the continental US will be required to cover the shipping charges for all warranty repair items.

All information submitted through ControlEverything.com's forum is public and may be viewed by anyone. If customers have privacy-sensitive questions, they should be submitted to ControlEverything.com staff through the contact form. User account passwords are private and may not be retrieved by anyone including ControlEverything.com staff.
All ControlEverything.com products are subject to change without notice. This includes physical alteration of the product footprint, including size and shape, the use of alternate components or component substitutions, or alterations to onboard firmware and/or desktop software.
